  <h2>How to Request GLDC Funding</h2>

      <h3>Eligibility</h3>
      <p>To be eligible, a company or project must:</p>
      <ol class="gldc-list">
        <li>Be located in the City of Greenville;</li>
        <li>Provide an economic impact on the City of Greenville;</li>
        <li>Have secured separate funding; and</li>
        <li>Demonstrate need for GLDC funding.</li>
      </ol>

      <h3>Process</h3>
      <p>To secure funding, an organization must:</p>
      <ol class="gldc-list">
        <li>Submit a completed funding application;</li>
        <li>Participate in a staff screening and review process; and</li>
        <li>Present a pitch to the GLDC Board of Directors for a funding decision.</li>
      </ol>

      <p>GLDC funding takes three forms:</p>
      <ul class="gldc-list">
        <li><strong>Loans:</strong> flexible capital for eligible businesses</li>
        <li><strong>Investments:</strong> direct capital for promising companies and projects</li>
        <li><strong>Grants:</strong> funding for projects with lasting economic or community benefit</li>
